Try to meet at or around the the same time of day/week every chance you get. Preparation is always good, even before the session. Make sure that you have finished all specified reading. Familiarize yourself with the checklist of problems that will be introduced for that particular meeting. Going to the session unprepared would probably just waste your and everyone’s time. Every person should be able to contribute some ability to the group. If the bulk of your meetings are conducted with only one group member assuming the leadership role all the time, then you should just find a tutor.
