Suffolk County Perinatal Coalition

It will help to try and meet at the same time of day/week whenever your group is able. Preparation is always useful, even before the group convenes. Double-check that you have done all prescribed readings. Prepare yourself with the checklist of problems that will be reviewed for that particular group session. Going without preparing for Suffolk County Perinatal Coalition will be a waste of your and everyone else’s valuable time. Everybody should be able to contribute some capability to the group. If the majority of your sessions continue only one person leading at every meeting, then you should find a tutor. When you take on a teaching role in the group, you should emphasize what you have learned and, obviously, it will help the group and the learning process. Nancy Haverford began her career by teaching classes full of high school students about getting through college in US universities. She has also provided tips on locating examples of admissions essays, especially for the students who must draft excellent admissions essays to shift attention away from average grade point averages before college.
