Meet at or around the the same time of day/week as much as possible. Preparation is always crucial, even before the session starts. Be certain that you’ve covered all specified reading. Look over the the themese to be studied during that day’s session. Going with no basic understanding will just waste your and the group’s time. Everybody in your group should be able to bring something to the study group. If all of your study meetings are conducted with only one member leading the study session in all the meetings, then perhaps you should hire a tutor. When you take on a teaching role in the group, you should underscore what you have studied and, obviously, it will help the whole group. Nancy Haverford started her educational by coaching hundreds of high school students from Medix School about how to succeed at college in various US scholastic environments. She has also provided tips and tricks on looking for college admission essay samples, particularly for those high school students who need to produce excellent college admissions essays to hopefully outshine average grades prior to university.
