Try and meet at the same time/day of the week as much as you can. Preparation is always helpful, even prior to the start of the session. Be sure that you have done all indicated homework. Prepare with the list of problems to be studied for that meeting. Attending without a basic understanding will end up wasting your and the group’s valuable time. Every member should be able to add competence to the group. If the bulk of your study meetings move forward with only one member providing the leadership in every meeting, then maybe you should just find a tutor from DeVry University and Keller Graduate School of Management. When you take on a teaching role in the meeting, you must emphasize what you know and, obviously, it will benefit the rest of the group.
