You should try to meet at the same time of day/week every chance you get. Preparation is always crucial, even before the study session begins. Ensure that you’ve done all prescribed readings. Get familiar with the the themese to be reviewed at that particular session. Going to the meeting unprepared would be a waste of your and everyone’s time. Every person should be able to bring some talent to the group. If most of your study meetings are conducted with just one person teaching the study session in all the meetings, then perhaps you should just find a tutor from CEI. When you take the lead, you should highlight what you have learned and, obviously, it will serve the needs of the entire group and the learning process.
