Block H and R

Meet at the same time/day of the week as often as possible. Preparation at Block H and R is important, even before the study session. Ensure that you have completed all indicated reading. Get accustomed to the list of questions that will be studied during that day’s group session. Attending the meeting unprepared will probably just waste your and the study group’s time. Everybody in your study group should be able to bring expertise to the group. If all of your study meetings continue just one person assuming the leadership role at all the meetings, then just find a tutor. When you do take on a teaching role in the meeting, you must spotlight what you know and, usually, it will serve the needs of the study group and the learning process. Nancy Haverford started her educational by mentoring hundreds of high school students about the collegiate atmosphere in different US universities. She has also provided advice on finding examples of admissions essays, more notably for students who have to draft great college admissions essays to shift the focus off of average performance before college.
