			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You should try to meet at the same time of day/week whenever it can be managed. Preparation is always critical, even prior to when the study session begins. Be sure that you have done all indicated readings. Get familiar with the checklist of issues to be reviewed at that particular group meeting. Going without a basic understanding of the material could very likely end up wasting your and everybody else&#8217;s time. Everybody should be able to provide some talent to the study group. If the bulk of your meetings are conducted with only one group member taking the lead in every meeting, then maybe you should just find a tutor. When you do get your chance to teach the group, you should spotlight what you have learned and, of course, it will help the the other members of  <a href=" http://www.directoryofcolleges.net/Junior-Colleges/Adult-Reading-Center" target="_blank">Adult Reading Center</a>.
